Make sure that you have an active membership, and a data allowance bundled with your membership or internet add-on.

You need to configure your internet settings for internet access to work.

Try the online configurator - whichever link is relevant to your phone:

• Sony D6502 Xperia Z2: http://48months.tweakker.com/choose/Sony/D6502%20Xperia%20Z2
• Sony D6503 Xperia Z2: http://48months.tweakker.com/choose/Sony/D6503%20Xperia%20Z2

Make sure to enable data roaming.
