internet settings?

hi my phone is a samsung gt-c3350 and just moved to 48 and cant get the internet settings to work? can anyone help me?

If it runs Android then install Tweakker APN from the Google Play Store over Wifi and see if it can configure it:

yeah they wouldnt work? it was working with o2 before and i dont know how to change the settings?
