internet not working!

Hey there, my internet just stopped working a while ago.  I've been living off my home wifi but want the internet to work when Im out and about.  I have credit and the phone settings are all on.  

 

  • I bought my current credit on 23rd October...still all there 
  • I've an iphone4 - all switched on
  • Full list of settings you saved into your phone?  don't get you there now?
  • Do you have data roaming switched on - yeap on 
  • Do you have an internet signal (e.g. shows “H”, “3G”, “E”, “G” or “o” depending on the speed of internet) - nope, not getting anything here.

Did anything change on your phone - e.g. software update, restore from iTunes/iCloud etc.?

OK - glad it is working again.

Generally if things stop working it's because something changed on the phone as was the case here.

it's all good....it was because I had turned off the roaming but then when I switched it on again...to get working, I had to turn off and on the phone for it to take.  All good in the hood....
