Your post was blank @LovethO0710 and the subject line doesn't really give much information about your issue. 

If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you need to explain your issue or question clearly. 

What exactly isn't working, what exactly goes wrong, any error messages, when were things working ok last, what changed in the meantime, etc..?

What exactly do you mean by "My 48"? The My48 app/website access to your online account? Or "my 48 services" such as SIM, network connection, calls/texts/mobile data, etc.?
