iPhone Internet not working

Hi, I have an iPhone 4 and I use the Internet a lot on it, now all of a sudden it's stopped working, I have 750 mb remaining so its not that I have not bought Internet. I have put in the Internet settings and I have my data roaming on so I don't know what it could be. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.

You probably need to log a support query to get 48 to assist you with this issue:

Any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current membership month?

Thanks, I already emailed the 48 crew today at 2pm and am waiting for a response. But I can't find the area where it talks about fair usage. How much would I have to use to be temporarily barred? And for how long would I be barred?

18. Fair Use Policy/ Acceptable Use Policy18.1 It is important that all eligible 48 customers are able to access our services. This fair use policy applies where your use of the 48 Services is deemed by us to be excessive or unreasonable. The Charges are subject to a fair use threshold currently set at 3,000 minutes and 5,000 text messages for every monthly period that applies.  Calls to Irish mobile numbers are capped at 60 minutes, after that your call will be disconnected and you will have to dial again to restart the call. Your use may also be considered by us to be excessive where you call more than 100 different phone numbers or text more than 200 different numbers over the course of any monthly period that applies. The thresholds for the 48 internet options are outlined in the Price Plan Rules and the Add-on Rules. Our internet options are available for use with your 48 SIM Card in your 48 handset only. Except where expressly stated, tethering or use of the 48 handset as, or the sim in conjunction with, a modem is not allowed and may be disabled.

Ok thanks a million, think I might be barred, even though cathal just told me a few hours ago there was a problem on their end .

Be aware that if you breach the fair usage limits a second time they bar you for good!

Ok thanks very helpful. Just surprised I got barred for such a small amount of data, 2.5gb!

What membership/add-on/data allowance were you on? I'm just curious as to how using 2.5GB caused you to be barred? Did 48 explain to you why this was?
