i want to cancel membership i just bought

I recently topped up with the Mitch membership it doesn't start till March I want to cancel it and buy add-ons instead as i need data please help me I can't seem to get a hold of the 48 care team?
Im new to all this and its very confuseing when I need to talk to someone asap 😞 so far not happy with this service .

If the membership hasn't yet started then they may be able to refund you the credit or convert it to add-ons.
