Just to clarify - are you having trouble putting credit on your account or buying membership/add-ons with the credit?
What is your credit balance now? Dial *100# to get it.
If you need to buy stuff and pay with your credit balance but that doesn't work then try another device or browser or buy stuff by text:

Same problem. Put 10e in. Not gone into membership. Can see it on screen

What do you mean?
Topping up your credit balance is not the same as buying membership.
You do that as a separate step.
And a new membership doesn't start until your current one expires.
What can you see on screen?
