I presume that you already have a membership or add-on that gives data access?
Did you try the Xperia J or E settings or the generic settings here?

If you have added new APN for the 48, and your sure its 100% correct and its selected then its possible you need to turn on data roaming found on the page before the list of APNs. this should fix problem
