how can i pay my membership? your website doesnt work and by message i cant do it because i need to top up online first. please help

The website and in particular the online account section is working fine for me right now and for the past few days.
What happens when you try to login or topup/buy membership by card?
Can you try another browser or computer?
If you still can't get in then you might need to contact 48 support about problems with this:

In the meantime you could topup by voucher and then buy membership from your credit balance by text or online.

What do you mean?
What specific problem are you having with activating your SIM and/or paying for membership?
Please detail what steps you are taking, any problems that you are having and any error messages that you get.
