Are you sure that you're trying to activate it as a replacement SIM and not a new SIM (which would end up on a new account, number etc.)?
Can you post the exact error message - a screenshot would be ideal if possible?

actually no idea, it was a replacement sim. I was logged into my account but it said that it couldnt be activated to contact an agent. The agent was able to register it online instantly.
