i registered then a message came up on the screen saying my account has been deactivated?
i needed a micro sim for iphone 4 and waited for it and registered it. 
can somebody help me please

Hey!

Since you already been using 48 prior to this i think i know what happened... did you order a replacement micro sim or a new micro sim/number?...

If it was a replacement sim-you would have needed to contact 48 support before doing anything when you received the micro sim.
