48 is after taking two months payment in one go but only gave me 1 months membership I paid 40 euro for 1 months Don membership

Are you sure that you didn't mistakenly buy 2 memberships one of which starts now and the other of which stacks until the first one expires?

What does your My History page say about recent payments/purchases?

What does your online account page say about your current membership type and expiry date?

Does it also list a "next" membership?

Iv been charged double top up and also every time I topped up 1g add on I got charged twice ?

That's obviously odd/wrong so.

Get onto 48 support to get them to explain and sort it out.
