i have the 10euro a month membership plan. my phone won't let me dial out but i can only call landlines and recieve and my membership hasn't not expired, whats the problem please?
Did you use up your 300 mobile minutes allowance? Your online account should clarify. If you have used them up then you'll need an add-on to tide you over to the end of the monthly membership period.
