Did anything change on your phone?
E.g. software update?
Are you 100% sure that your settings are still correct?

Is data roaming definitely enabled?
Have you tried powering the phone off and on again?
Or toggling airplane mode on/off?
Do calls and texts work OK?
Incoming and outgoing?

Perhaps you have been barred for breaching the fair usage limits?
