What do you mean by "get my numbers ... back on"?
Do you mean ability to make/receive calls and send/receive texts?
Do you have an active membership?
Check your My 48 page:
If not then you need to buy a new membership.
Do you have any calls/texts/data allowances left on your current membership?
If not then you need to buy add-ons to tide you over to the end of the membership month.

Buying a new membership will not help as it will not start until the current membership has run its full monthly course and expires.
Bought membership - can't call/text
Were you barred for breaching the fair usage limits?
If so then you need to contact 48 support:
