changing number

hi. i have been a 48 customer for roughly 5 months now. when i set my account up i asked to change my number back to my original.  it said it would take two hours but its been 5 months and still nothing. i asked about this before and recived a reply saying you would get on it asap. but that was 2 months ago also. can you please do something?

Did you try the normal porting form from your online account?

i have done all that. it just says transfering and has said that for 5 months now. its very annoying

Are you saying that 48 have not responded to your help request at all for 2 months? That would be very unusual in my experience... Did you annotate your open request with a comment asking again for help?
