cant top up

Hi, Ive tried topping up online a few times today but it wont work. Each time i fill out my payment details it goes to an empty white box with a sadface 😞 Ive used this card before and its worked and there is money in the account so its not that... anyone have this problem?

Can you try a different device and browser and see if that makes any difference?
If you're stuck you could top up with a voucher for now.

ive been having the same problem since yesterday. neither of my cards will work but have worked previously and currently work elsewhere. spoke to the bank and everything is fine on their end they say.

You probably need to log a support request with 48 so and maybe they can advise.

I did and its not even acknowleding i have topped up. The service is really getting frustrating
