cant move my number

when setting up with 48 i put in all the info to move my number over. but when i put in the sim its a new number..everythings working fine but i cant change my number. when i go to the move my number tab it says have you unlocked your phoned. but i have unlocked it. i dont know what elese to do, i really need my old number for work. anyone got a clue?

Hey there!

Ok- so first things first- on your home page, when logged in to 48 site, check your details on the left.
What number is listed as yours in this section? (a 48 number, or the number you wished to keep/port to 48)
Also-have you any messages on your page?
The process may be taking a litter time longer to go through.

Just a follow up to see if you have any success?

When you put the info in to port your original number to 48 - was this successful? what response did you receive on completing the application? and when did you attempt to change over?

If you are simply lost on this- best put a ticket forward to 'ask an agent' & list your problem as you have above, you will be asked similar quetions to these.
