cant get internet in Poland

Hi,
Wifi on my samsung galaxy s6 works but mobile internet ( roaming doesnt). Phone connected automatically with tmobile. I am on guido membership have enough internet but no add on bought
Please help

@saphire1111 if the suggestions so far don't work then you'll have to contact 48 support as I suggested above.
