cant call or text

Hi I am not able to call or text since midnight..I have not been sent a text re fair usage.. any ideas x

I can receive texts and calls..only just paid my membership on the eigth of dec x

What does your online account say about your membership status and expiry date?

It says I have subriction until 8/1/14...nothing is updated. I payed my membership two days ago x

OK - so you do have a membership that runs from 8th December 2013 to 8th January 2014.

What exactly do you mean by "nothing is updated"?

Do you mean that the normal monthly allowances (e.g. for landline calls etc.) have not been updated and are less than the monthly allowances for your membership type?

If so then it sounds to me like there was some problem with the roll over to the new membership and you will probably need to contact 48 support to ask them to look into this for you.

Hi

If you still have the above issue & all is as it should on your Account... we could only Assume in these circumstances, it mite be down to the handset.

Try turning off, then take out sim and battery, replace and boot again.

Sometimes it works...
