cannot make any calls or text or use internet after switching my number

i just switching my number to 48 i have insert 48 sim card into my nokia phone i can't make any calls or use internet please help me out on this the signals are ok my phone is sim free as well

Log into your online account - what number is displayed? The 089 number that came with the new 48 SIM or your old number which you ported over?

 

How do I keep my old number?

 

Can you receive calls/texts to the number that is listed in your online account?

 

Have you bought membership? You need  to do that before you can make calls/send texts/use the internet.

For internet access you will also need to configure your phone settings:

I have an iPhone 4S and I can't make any calls ,, even thou I have top up 20euro

Topping up is not the same as buying membership.
