can't pay membership

i get this everytime since yesterday

We are currently experiencing some technical issues and cannot process your request.
Hang tight, our tech guys are working on it and hope to have it resolved shortly.

Have you tried visiting a Payzone store where you can also buy topup vouchers?

Im not quite sure how the vouchers from a payzone work, but im sure it's along the same lines as all the other networks.

I'm getting the exact same error everyone I log on and try to buy membership.
Saying to go get credit in the shop instead is not a solution. I can't make it to the shop. I have to pay on line. Only reason I can think why it isn't working is that I haven't bought membership in a while. Does that cause a tech error to pop up when you try to pay membership?

If you can't topup online by card then the only other option is to use a voucher. That's why I suggested it above. In order to get to the bottom of the online card payment issue you will need to contact 48 support and/or your bank for assistance:

 

How to get help

 

If you haven't bought membership or topped up in several months (e.g. 6+) then your account could be deactivated. When you log into your online account does is mention anything like this? Again if your account has been deactivated you need to contact support for assistance.
