48 don't provide any webtext facility like that available from some other service providers.
As such if you want to send texts from your PC then you need to use some other approach - e.g. Airdroid (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sand.airdroid ) or similar on Android or other apps on other phones (e.g. iPhones, Windows phones etc.).
