call baring and not sending messages

Hello when I try and send a message it fails and when I make a phone call it says can not call in call baring mode. I have put another sim into my phone and I can ring from that number. Im recieving phone calls and messages. All settings are ok so I presume its my sim that is not working. Cab you help me?

Any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current monthly membership period?

Ye I hav breached it waiting on someone to reconnect me

In that case you have to wait out the remainder of your current memnership month and then when it expires you renew your membership and contact 48 support to get the ban lifted:

Second time bans are for good by the way.
