im trying to buy add on mobile minits but its saying i have a problem with my account and my internet wont work can some one tell me why thanks

How exactly are you trying to buy the mobile minutes add-on and what exactly is the error message that you get?

 

Did your internet work before? If not then you need to configure your internet/APN settings:

If it did work before but has stopped then maybe you have used up your data allowance and need an add-on?

 

Please clarify what your online account says about your:

 

  • membership status
  • membership expiry date
  • allowance balances

when i sign in it shows me what i have left and beside my mobile minits it has add more and i click on that and go to buy now when i put in my card details its saying at the end sorry we cant do it as this time as there is a problem with your 48 account and my internet was working and just stopped i have loads of usage left

Once again...

 

  • What membership do you have?
  • What is the expiry date?
  • What mobile call, text, data and landline call allowance balances are left?

 

Also - can you make/receive calls and send/receive texts?

 

Any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current membership?

I can't really help if you don't provide the info that I asked for above.
In the absence of that info all I can suggest is that you log a support query to ask 48 support about this issue.

In the meantime you could top up by voucher and then buy stuff from the resulting credit balance.
