You need to do it on your phone.
How to do this varies from one phone and operating system to another.
But usually you do it through the Dialer/Call app settings for calls and the text/MMS message client for messages.
You seem to be using a Huawei phone?
What version of Android - System settings > About phone > Android version - or something similar to that.
