Won't let me top up online

I've been trying to pay my membership for over 2 days and an 'oops' message keeps coming up in the buy stuff section. I just want to top up! Is there any other way of doing it?

Have you ever used the card to topup/pay for stuff online before? And on 48 specifically? Any chance you need to configure/enable 3D Secure verification on the card?

You might need to log a support query to get 48 to help you with this payment problem:

And in the meantime you might need to topup by voucher and then buy your membership/add-ons from your credit balance by text or via the online account:

Yeah I've paid my membership before with the same card although not since December as I have been living abroad. I'm now coming back to Ireland and need to renew it. I have logged in and on my membership payment area it has a loading image and says 'go grab a cup of tea while your membership is processed' and that's been there since last night! I tried to buy a voucher last night but to no avail and now I can't even get into that page. I've contacted support anyway. Thanks

Any chance your card details as stored on your 48 account are no longer valid - e.g. the card expired and was replaced by a new one?

I tried 2 cards that are both in date and I can't even get that far anymore

OK - I guess you'll have to wait for 48 support to get back to you so...
