hi, internet will NOT work in spain unless you are on wifi I.E. not using cellular coverage, because its so expensive for data abroad 48 cannot provide this.

No - see previous answers to the same question. 48 do not support data roaming abroad regardless of what membership, add-ons or credit you have. If you need internet access then the only option is to connect via a wifi network.
