Got second phone, asked agent last week about new sim,

did AS THEY INSTRUCTED,

new sim arrives today

NO NEW NUMBER, 

and NO ONE TO HELP

THIS IS WHAT YOU PAY YOUR MONEY FOR

FANTASTIC, MUST DO KICKBACK AND RECOMEND MUGS TO SWITCH TO 48

what do you mean by "no new number"?

Are you looking to port your new SIM's number to your current mobile number, or what?

please elaborate.

Not sure what happened here...

If you ordered a New Free Sim whilst logged out of 48 - that's exactly what you would recieve.

However if ordered while logged in, or by 'Need A New Sim' route - a clone Sim would be delivered to you.

There is apparently no restriction on having a second account with 48, & during set-up if the account's have dissimilar log in details... there should be zero issue's.

On 48's homepage there is the option to order a 'New Free Sim' - you can retry the process at the loss of simply a few day's.
