Unable to ring landlines

Hello

I am unable to ring landlines, however I have 39 euros credit on my account.   

I have been part of the DON package since I started with 48.

I recently changed from using my credit card on line to top up but the last 2 times I have bought my credit in the shop.  Could this be the problem ?   Thank you.

If you have used up your monthly allowance of 60 mins landline calls on the Don membership then if you want to call landlines you need to buy a lanlines calls add-on. Just having cash credit doesn't let you make such calls.
