If your membership is not due to run out for a few hours/days - your present plan & residual minutes will be displayed on your my 48 page.
However - you will see the next stacked membership highlighted in green below your current active membership.
At 1200 midnight on the renewal date that applies to you - your new membership and minutes will be clearly seen at the top.
Can you check your current plans expiry date, and that the new membership is as described above - & post back?
