I have been charged twice for topping up only topped up once for 10euro and 20euro has been taken out of my account

If you mean that you bought two €20 memberships then the second one automatically stacks/queues to kick in once the first one has run its course so you don't have to do anything in that case. But if you want a refund of any unused memberships then you need to contact support as mentioned above:
