If you mean your email address then you log into your online account and then go to My Details to change this.
If you mean your postal address then I don't think that 48 record this since they never post anything out other than new or replacement SIMs on request and in that case you enter your address again anyway.

As an ex customer, 48 do not ask for address when ordering a new sim. I don’t know if they send sim to my new address or old address.

Yes they do.
Head over to the Order SIM page to place your order. First, you'll be asked to sign up to My48 with your full name, email ID, and set a password. After that, just input the home or office address you want your SIM to be delivered to and confirm your order.
Quick tip: You’ll need this My48 email and password to activate your SIM once it arrives. Do keep it handy for later
