My membership ended this morn so I topped up by 20 and sent a txt to get the don deal. I can make calls and txts but my net is not through. I went to my 48 and there is a tick beside membership but says internet not paid. But my 20 credit was taken

What is the expiry date on your account?

If it's 19th March then that means midnight TONIGHT.

At that point your new membership kicks in.

So perhaps you are still on the old membership and have run out of data?

That must be it, great tanks for ur help. Yes expiry is today the 19 th . I still have minutes n txts just net gone. Tanks

You're not the first not to realise that expiry on, say, the 19th actually means at the end rather than the start of that day/date! Man Happy After midnight your new membership should kick in with its full complement of allowances including 5GB of data. If you use up allowances before the month is up then you can always buy add-ons.
