You can't. 

48 don't support sending texts to Premium SMS (PSMS) numbers (i.e. 5XXXX).

The only exception that I know of is for "call me" texts:

Thanks it does help yes. In leaving 48 there an appalling network n just wanted to know if I could text. Cheers
