It's telling me I haven't enough in my balance to purchase the don membership even though my balance is 20 euro

Can you try this...

Dial *100# and hit call/send - what credit balance does it return?

If it's €20+ then text "don" (without the quotes) to 1745. What does that return?

If you still get an error then you probably need to contact 48 support for assistance:
