I clicked keep my old number when registering & its automatically given me a new number... Help asap please

What does it say when you log into your online account?

What number is displayed near the top of the page (don't post the actual number - just check if it's your new 089 number or old number or some other message)?

If it's the new 089 number then you may need to try submitting a new porting request:

If that doesn't work or you get errors or whatever contact 48 support for assistance as outlined in the above link.
