What does it say when you log into your online account?
What number is displayed near the top of the page (don't post the actual number - just check if it's your new 089 number or old number or some other message)?
If it's the new 089 number then you may need to try submitting a new porting request:
If that doesn't work or you get errors or whatever contact 48 support for assistance as outlined in the above link.
