defo log a call/mail with tech support, remember the signal is carried by O2 and shud be the best, nowhere near as expensive either---- yahooooo!!!!

They're offline now so you probably won't hear anything back from them until tomorrow at this stage.
You should try the usual just in case - switch off, take the SIM out, gently clean the contacts, reinsert it, switch on, manually search for networks and connect to 48.
If that doesn't help then you might need to try a replacement SIM.
Seems as if some SIMs can spontaneously stop working reliably but I have no idea why.
