Ported over two days ago, number has ported but cant top up on 48

As title - Ported started two days ago, number has ported over today but cant top up on 48. On my 48 it says number is still transferring.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi

 

This process is taking much too long... Log a ticket with a 48 Agent (if you have not done so already) and see if this can be rectified.

Yeah - as the FAQ says, if the number has not ported after about 2 working hours then log a support request to see what the holdup is:
