I have very slow/poor internet connection at home, YouTube videos will not play. Could you please fix this for me, thanks.

Seems odd.

Are calls and texts working ok?

What sort of connectivity (4G, 5G etc.) are you getting? 

What sort of download and upload speeds are you getting? 

When was it working ok last? 

What changed in the meantime? 

Are you APN settings configured correctly?
