Obviously I want to track the phone first but I definitely don't want them using it, is there a customer service line I can call? I have a phone 4, or should I say, had a phone 4, got robbed at a party and need it blacklisted or tracked preferably, as I don't want them with my details, get back to me soon please, thankful

Order a replacement SIM immediately so that the SIM in the phone gets disabled:
http://48months.ie/help/losthandset
48 support is only contactable electronically - there is no call centre.
You should log a support request explaining the situation asking them to blacklist the phone (assuming that they can do this).
http://help.48months.ie/requests/new
You should probably also report it to the cops.
Hope this helps.

Hi same thing happened to me my phone got robbed 😞 I ordered a replacement sim and it blocked my old sim, it also said I could keep my number and credit that was with my old sim, how does it work? Will my old phone number automatically be connected to my new sim when I get it?

Hey there...
So sorry about your phone... that's just nasty.
I think you mite have had a read about 48s lost/stolen/replacement sim process...if not click below:
http://community.48months.ie/t5/Most-Popular-Questions-Knowledge/You-need-a-new-SIM/ta-p/8487
Click on 'stolen/lost replacement sim' for details within, then also 'will my credit be on replacement sim'
In short though, yes-your 'credit' will remain, however read the link above in its entirety to have yourself fully aware of what comes next!
Good luck!
🙂

Also, yes you will retain the number that was of your last sim - if that is a requirement/if you ordered a replacement!
NB - Contact the 48 support crew when your replacement sim arrives... you must not-insert sim prior to this!

So you are waiting for a new handset... well the thing here to ensure is that the new handset/phone is network unlocked... very important!
My post's before should have clarified better, that you log into 48 months site to set up your replacement sim... not the 48 agent's!!!
See here:
You’ve got your New SIM Click on "more info" below to read more 4. When you receive your new SIM then pop back into www.48months.ie and login to your account. 5. There should be a message at the top of the page asking you to click here to activate your SIM or Scroll down to the help stuff and click Register a replacement SIM register replacement sim.jpg 6. Put in the activation code and submit 7. Log out from the site (VERY IMPORTANT to prevent cache issues) 8. Wait over one hour to allow the SIM registration to complete 9. Log in to your account and check everything looks ok. If you get any error messages or cannot activate the SIM then give the care crew a shout herehttp://help.48months.ie/requests/new
This is content is within this article i had added to my previous post to you-
