There's no need to post multiple times about the same issue.
Especially when your original post already received a response but you didn't reply to clarify.

If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you need to explain your issue clearly.
E.g. what does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases?
What exactly do you think is wrong?
If you simply bought two membership plans then you haven't lost out on anything - one plan will start immediately (or when your current plan expires) and the second will stack on your account to kick in when the first one eventually runs its full monthly course and expires.

Are you saying that you paid twice for something last month?
What exactly?
What does your Transactions page say about the relevant payments?
