Tried to renew the guido membership and had 19.26 in my account but everytime I tried to but membership from balance it said I hadn't enough credit even tho it said I had 19.26 and because I needed to top ASAP I just renewed membership using my saved card. I was charged for this but the 10 euro was also taken out of my balance so I was overcharged by 10 euro.

I suspect that you inadvertently (and due to a payment page problem?) bought two separate memberships which will have stacked.

If that's the case then you can contact 48 support and ask them to refund any membership(s) that has(have) not yet started:

What does your My History page say about recent transactions?
