I suspect that you inadvertently (and due to a payment page problem?) bought two separate memberships which will have stacked.
If that's the case then you can contact 48 support and ask them to refund any membership(s) that has(have) not yet started:

What does your My History page say about recent transactions?

What does your online account Membership Planner say about any "next" membership(s) and your cash credit balance?
