WHY SO LONG TO DELIVER A SIM 48 A TOTAL JOKE 15 DAYS STILL NO SIM , NO HELP FOR CUSTOMER SERVICES ANYONE HAD THIS PROBLEM ?

This is the same as my problem they dont have any way of checking for your sim at customer services its a joke .thanks for reply

Did 48 support say why they might not have arrived?
Not being smart but are you definitely entering the correct mailing address?
And is there any chance that somebody else is nicking your post or something?

support keep saying on to head office but dont know where it is, as for my adderess yes I put in the right one twice other are having same problem .thanks for reply
