Hi I am currently in Germany and I have bough roaming add ons of calls and text but they are not working because I have no service! Please help asap!!!!

The usual iPhone roaming issue.

Follow this but adjust for 48 rather than Tesco.

A problem with this is that if you don't do it BEFORE you travel (as here) then it can be difficult to get the option to appear and you may have to try many times before you get it - toggling airplane mode on/off may help as the phone may get a brief connection to a local network allowing you to catch and change the option.

 

Unfortunately iPhones are simply hassle when roaming (and in other situations too).
