The model number of the phone is SC-NA10 and appears to have the correct frequencies for 3g on O2 but I may be mistaken. Apn settings are correct and I had 3g coverage before on an older people in the areas I've test the phone
Is there any thing I can do to get 3g?
Thanks in advance

Are you sure that your internet/APN settings are correct?
See here for ways to configure them properly:

Are you sure that you're connecting to 48 3G and not 48 2G?
Do a manual scan to ensure that you see 48 3G and connect to that.
Are you sure that your phone isn't configured to only use 2G networks?
Usually there's a setting under System settings > Mobile networks etc that controls this.
Hope this helps.
