I have registered my card also my membership everything is perfect but I can make phone call or text or anything... When i try to call to any number I am getting voice mail saying '' you are not allowed to call to this number, go to your corner '' I mean excuse me ? i am lusing my presure so can somebody help me what should i do ? or otherwise I want refound.

When you log into you online accout does it confirm that your membership is active and valid for another month or so? 

 

Are you calling an Irish mobile or landline number or some other sort of number?

 

That message normally happens when you have no membership or no credit to call numbers not covered by membership.
