Network is working fine for me in Dublin city centre.
What problem are you having?
Any error messages?
If you do a manual scan for networks can you see and connect to 48?
Was it working before?
Did anything change on your phone?
What make and model of phone are you using?
Switch off, take the SIM out, gently clean it, reinsert it, power on and try again.
