I've had no coverage since last night, what's going on? I can't make calls or send texts. It's frustrating.

Did you try powering off and on again?

Is your membership valid? Log into your online account and check the membership status and expiry date.

Are you sure that you were not barred for breaching the fair usage limits?

 

Fair Use Policy/ Acceptable Use Policy

 

Do you know anybody else on 48 in your area? 

Or O2?
Is it working OK for them?

Any chance the ongoing stormy weather knocked a cell out in your area?

 

If necessary log a support query to get 48 to look into this for you.

Do you mean no signal bars at all?
Or no data connection but you can make calls etc?
Did anything change on the phone - eg software update our changes to settings?
Anybody else in the vicinity with 48 (or O2/Tesco/Lyca)? Are they similarly affected?
You might need to contact 48 support for advice.

Hi guys,have problem here.No network coverage all day,restarted phone number time no joy.Account valid toped up.Any one know what is going on?

What sort of phone?

Did anything change on it - e.g. software update or settings changes?

What networks do you see when you manually scan for networks?

Do you see 48 (or failing that O2)?

Can you connect?

Is data roaming still enabled?

Try switching it off, reseating the SIM and trying again.

Can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone as a test?

Lg G2 ,nothing changed on it,wifi is working,no bars on the screen,can't connect to data without wifi.I did tried to reseat sim and reset nothing changed.

 

Scaned for networks and connected to 48 working now.Thank you:)

Glad it's working again.

Not sure why switching it off and on again didn't do the trick but maual scanning and connection did...

Strange but always worth trying that if you lose the network.

Or airplane mode on and off.

Anyway... Man Happy

Have no network coverage and no mobile data, have tried all of the above and still have had no luck! I am able to scan for the 48 network but it won't connect, people in the same house have no trouble and Network is working fine for them. Please help

Did it ever work?
Try switching off, taking sim out, GENTLY cleaning the contacts, reinserting it and switching on again to see if that helps.
